It was cold -- about 30 degrees -- in Freehold but the sun was out. When we got near Augusta, it was getting colder and very cloudy. It looked like snow. In fact, snow pellets started to come down. At the gas station when we were filling up to return to Freehold, the snow pellets started up in earnest. Fortunately, we outran them. There was a really good turnout at the Chatterbox. The restaurant was packed and Polar Bears were chowing down.
Look for a round building in the center of the picture. Routes 15 and 206 can also be seen intersecting. You can move the slider up to zoom in even more. |
