Pictures from today's Polar Bear run are courtesy of Bill Marion (first 15), Bob Hartpence (next two), and Marcelo (last three).
It was a limited turn out today due to the weather forecast. It turned out the weather was much worse as you went farther south, rain and wet snow. It was dry with light flurries in Port Jervis. Of the limited number of people that showed up, 1/4 to 1/3 were in 4 wheelers. Even three riders showed up on their bikes from Connecticut (picture 13). Gene Briggs left his Boss Hoss at home and showed up wearing shorts regardless of the temps being in the low 30s. -- Bill Marion
The following two pictures were taken by our Chairman, Bob Hartpence, on the way home traveling south from Port Jervis.
The following three pictures were taken by Marcelo. He signed-up at Port Jervis and then headed south into PA and got caught by snow and rain alternately on the ride all the way back home. He said that it may have not been a nice day, but the ride was great.
