I'm in Florida today.

The run today was to The Eagles, Bridgewater, NJ on November 13, 2016.

It was the third run of the 2016-2017 season.

Guest photographers today are Dave Thompson, Bernie Walsh, and Gary Rosen.

If you took any pictures or videos for this run, please email them to me at walter@motorcycleviews.com and I'll place them on this website.

Note: We now have a special picture gallery on my Motorcycle Views website. It's strictly for Polar Bear Grand Tour riders. Send me a picture of your motorcycle and yourself and get included in the gallery.

If you see one of our photographers, Bernie Walsh, Dave Thompson, or Gary Rosen, taking pictures, tell them you'd like to have your picture taken for the Polar Bear Picture Gallery. They will tell me which photos are also for the gallery. It will be up to you to contact me with information on year, make, model, and a short description along with your name.

I will also try to put a personal request to you under your picture if I see a picture of you and your motorcycle that looks posed. If you respond, I'll place the picture in the gallery.

Check out Polar Bear Grand Tour Motorcycle Riders for more details on how to submit your picture. ~ Walter

I wanted you to know that I'm almost finished writing a memoir called Normal Secrets.

I started thinking about this more than a year ago and have been writing almost fulltime on it for all of 2016. It covers much of my life and reveals some secrets that almost no one knows about me. In fact, many I didn't even know myself until recently.

You'll also find out how fate changed my course in life many times as I struggled to find out who I was, what I wanted to do, who I would love, how I came to become both a motorcyclist and a moto-journalist, and how I came to become an author in my seventies.

It's a story that begins in the Midwest and spans more than a hundred years. It's a true story and it's almost finished.

I have had seven people reading it. So far the reviews have been very favorable. I should have the memoir available on Amazon by the end of the year. The Audible audiobook version will take longer.

The cover is finished and is shown above.

I'm also selling my previous four books: Motorcycle Kick-Starts (also available in an Audible audiobook version), 50 Wild Motorcycle Tales (also available in an Audible audiobook version), Getting Started Riding a Motorcycle, and Motorcycle Haiku Poetry, all available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle editions. Click the picture on the left to learn about all my books.
