Subject: Announcements, rules and ride schedule for 2021-2022 Riding Season

I want to first thank George and Roy for their support to the Polar Bears as ride coordinators. George and Roy notified me in May that they wanted to resign their positions but they had already done the legwork for this season and for that I am thankful. Please join me in thanking them for their multiple years of service and in wishing them safe travels. Charlie Miele and Sal Spinale have volunteered to fill these positions for this season and I want to wish them good luck.

Since COVID is still around, we will be keeping some of the "selfie" rules that everyone seems to like and amending some others as we move forward. As of this moment, I am not aware of any mandatory restrictions on our travel to our venues but I understand that some of our members may still have health and safety concerns. So for this season we will continue the drive-by sign-ins that simplified the process last season for both the members and staff. We will need the members to sign the insurance waiver at their first in-person visit to the one of our venues. Check the Rules section for this season's rules.

The ride schedule for the 2021-2022 riding season can also be found on this website.

Members can register for the Polar Bear Grand Tour by contacting me at PBGT2020@gmail. com and you will receive further instructions.

All my best,

Jim Conway
