I'm in Florida today.
The run today was to The Tilted Kilt in Monmouth Junction, NJ on January 8, 2017.
It was the ninth run of the 2016-2017 season.The first set of pictures is from the annual Chilly Chili Run held January 1, 2017 from the Ogdensburg F.D., Rt. 517, Ogdensburg, NJ and sponsored by Blue Knights® NJ IX Northern New Jersey. Polar Bears get two points plus mileage points for this extra run.
Guest photographers today are Bernie Walsh and Gary Rosen.
Bernie said, "The main roads were clear today but side streets were snow covered."

I wanted you to know that I'm almost finished writing a memoir called Normal Secrets. (The Christmas holiday has slowed down the work of one of my editors. Once that work is completed, I can begin final work on the book.)
I started thinking about this more than a year ago and have been writing almost fulltime on it for all of 2016. It covers much of my life and reveals some secrets that almost no one knows about me. In fact, many I didn't even know myself until recently.
You'll also find out how fate changed my course in life many times as I struggled to find out who I was, what I wanted to do, who I would love, how I came to become both a motorcyclist and a moto-journalist, and how I came to become an author in my seventies.
It's a story that begins in the Midwest and spans more than a hundred years. It's a true story and it's almost finished.
I have had seven people reading it. So far the reviews have been very favorable. I should have the memoir available on Amazon within two months. The Audible audiobook version will take longer.
